Prema Shakti (Haley Kalb), NAMA Certified Āyurvedic Practitioner (CAP), Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 and Licensed Massage Therapist (MT.0021427), is a devoted practitioner and disciple of yoga, āyurveda and massage. She guides her students to explore the union of body, mind and spirit through ayurvedic principles, asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), bodywork therapies, energy healing and meditation.
Prema maintains specialty certifications as an Āyurvedic Practitioner + Bodyworker, Y12SR (yoga for 12-step recovery), Āyurdoula, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Stand-up Paddle-board (SUP) Yoga, Reiki Master level, Laughter Yoga and is currently working towards her Doctor of Āyurveda designation. Budtender certified in the state of Colorado. Current CPR & AED certified. Prema also sits on the board of COLORAMA (the Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association).
