In this set of workshops, we’ll give and receive a 30 minute guided bodywork session to a fellow Arisee. Each session will begin with an initial period of personal connection time guided by movement, breathe, arrival. There will be some experiential anatomy lessons and a guided sensing tour of our partnered bodies. During this time, we hope to inspire in each participant a deeper appreciation for the inherent wisdom of the bodily tissues. We will be guided in our bodywork trades together by the ever resonate appeal to Deepen our Listening.
