Come learn the art of movement called parkour! We will have fun moving our bodies and learning how to use them to overcome obstacles, both physical and mental. Run, crawl, jump, roll, balance, climb, and vault! We will also learn the art of falling for injury prevention. All these skills enhance and maintain the body’s mobility, strength, and flexibility.
